Welcome to our Tenant Portal! Please read the following instructions below to begin your application to rent one of our self storage lockers located at 613 Washington street in downtown Vancouver, Washington.

1. Please reach out to us at info@willamette-ventures.com or call/text 1 – (503) 705-5887 to discuss your self storage locker needs. We are happy to discuss the best size storage locker for your needs, pricing, and then walk you through the application process below.
2. Please download, read, and digitally sign the self storage locker rental agreement below.
3. Please download, read, and digitally sign the self storage locker rules and regulations below.
4. Please select “Apply” (Blue Button below), and fill out the form with your home address, credit card billing address, and credit card information. We will then insert the correct monthly fees based on the size of the storage locker you will be renting. Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter.
5. Once again, please send an email to info@willamette-ventures.com or call/text to 1 – (503) 705-5887 letting us know that you are interested in renting a storage locker and/or if you have any questions or concerns about filling out and submitting the application materials.
